Dalton suffered a concussion on the hit for which Bostic was ejected from Sunday’s recreation, won by Washington 25-3.
Dalton, who was making his second begin rather than the injured Dak Prescott, took a success to the top from Bostic as he slid to the turf with 6:22 to play within the third quarter.
In line with a staff spokesman, Dalton was alert and doing a lot better than he was when he got here off the sphere following the hit. He was in “good spirits” and might be flying house with the Cowboys.
Cowboys coach Mike McCarthy stated he was not happy with the passive response teammates needed to the Bostic hit.
“We communicate on a regular basis about taking part in for each other, defending each other,” McCarthy stated. “It positively was not the response you’ll count on.”
Washington coach Ron Rivera told ProFootballTalk.com that he apologized to McCarthy for Bostic’s hit.
“I went as much as him and apologized to him for it,” Rivera instructed the web site. “I wished him to know that we do not play that approach, and it is unlucky that it occurred.”
ESPN’s Todd Archer contributed to this report.
