Syracuse receiver Taj Harris won’t play towards Clemson after not making the journey for Saturday’s sport.
Final week in a loss to Liberty, Harris was seen making an obscene hand gesture at tv cameras filming the Syracuse bench. Athletic director John Wildhack stated after the sport that the gesture was “inappropriate” and “unacceptable.”
Coach Dino Babers stated earlier this week that Harris had apologized to the staff on Sunday and that the self-discipline could be dealt with internally. “Younger males making a mistake,” Babers stated. “All of us perceive.”
Harris leads Syracuse with 434 receiving yards and 4 touchdowns and has made 24 profession begins.
