The Tennessee Titans and New England Patriots had no new optimistic COVID-19 checks from Friday’s spherical of testing, a supply advised ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler on Saturday.
The NFL introduced on Thursday that the Payments-Titans sport, initially set for Sunday, is now scheduled for Tuesday at 7 p.m. ET on CBS. The sport is contingent on Tennessee not having any extra optimistic checks. The group has had 23 optimistic checks since Sept. 24.
The Titans try to get again into their facility by Saturday afternoon, a supply advised ESPN on Friday.
The Patriots’ sport towards the Denver Broncos was moved from Sunday to Monday at 5 p.m. ET as a part of an ESPN doubleheader, the NFL introduced Thursday.
The Patriots haven’t practiced and their facility was closed Wednesday, Thursday and Friday after quarterback Cam Newton and cornerback Stephon Gilmore had been moved to the staff’s reserve/COVID-19 checklist. They anticipate opening their facility Saturday, per a staff spokesman.
