Mike “Doc” Emrick introduced his retirement from broadcasting Monday. In his 47-year profession as a play-by-play announcer, Emrick referred to as NFL, baseball and NCAA event video games, lacrosse matches and sports activities at six Olympic Winter Video games. However, firstly, he was the voice of hockey, calling NHL video games on NBC, CBS, ABC, ESPN and Fox.
