New Houston Rockets guard John Wall stated farewell to his former NBA metropolis in a tweet Thursday, writing that he’ll “at all times have love for DC.”

The Washington Wizards traded Wall to the Rockets on Wednesday together with a lottery-protected 2023 first-round choose for former NBA MVP Russell Westbrook.
