Among the group behind 21 Soar Avenue and its sequel 22 Soar Avenue are reuniting for a brand new “tongue-in-cheek thriller,” as Phil Lord and Chris Miller (Soar Avenue movies, The LEGO Film, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse) and star Channing Tatum are collaborating on a film “impressed by Common’s basic monster legacy.”
Per Deadline, Lord and Miller will produce whereas Tatum produces and stars in an untitled monster venture that will likely be a modern-day, comedic tackle a number of of Common’s basic creatures (suppose Dracula, Frankenstein’s Monster, The Mummy, and so forth). The complete plot particulars are being stored underneath wraps for now.
Reid Carolin (producer on Magic Mike and Channing Tatum’s directorial debut, Canine) had the unique concept for the venture and wrote the remedy. Wes Tooke (Halfway) is writing the script.

In different Channing Tatum information, IGN realized that X-Males: Apocalypse was meant to set the stage for a Mister Sinister-driven X-Males film and that the plan was for Sinister to seem within the now canceled Gambit movie starring Channing Tatum.
After his Gambit movie went bust, Tatum set his sights on one other (very totally different) hero and is now teaming with Roy Lee (Godzilla vs. Kong) to co-produce their version on the ’90s surreal superhero title The Maxx.
